All Star Tire & Auto Service

I am from out of town and got a flat tire. I picked this place based on reviews and was so pleased with their service! I was able to drop off same day if needed, they were able to patch up the hole instead of replacing the tire, and they completed the work very quick. Price was very reasonable. And they followed up a couple days later giving me a personal contact person and number for any future needs. It was a quick simple visit, but I could tell I was in very good, honest hands. Highly recommended!

I got a flat tire on my way into work and figured I was in for a bad day. I found All Star Tire and given their proximity to my office, I gave them a call. They assured me they’d be able to fix my car that day. When I arrived, Jessica explained the cost of the inspection and what it would cost to fix the tire, if possible, and that they would call me if the amount was going to be any different. Then she offered to get me an Uber so I could get to work (amazing). She called less than 2 hours later to explain the tire couldn’t be saved and why , what the cost would be for a new tire, and when it would be ready - still same day! She called when my car was ready - exactly when she said it would be - and the price was exactly what she told me earlier. I appreciated that I dealt with the same person the whole time so I never had to re-explain anything. The whole thing was a pleasant experience which I don’t think I’ve ever said about any auto repair. 10/10 would recommend

This place is horrible. They charged me $80 to NOT do an alignment. I WAS NOT TOLD THAT THIS WAS THE ARRANGEMENT. Untill after the fact. If I had been told ahead of time that I would be charged regardless of if they were able to perform the alignment or not then I would have ensured an alignment was possible instead I was led to believe that I would only be charged if in alignment was done. An alignment was not done and I had to pay half the cost so... $80 for basically nothing... When I tried to discuss this with the manager she was rude and insulted me several times. I remain polite and professional but I did not receive the same courtesy. I eventually gave up and paid I will never come here again or recommend to anyone else ever in life. Poor communication. Poor accountability. And extremely poor customer service.
