Bob was very responsive, I made an appointment at 8p in the evening and Bob contacted me first thing the next day to confirm my options. When I dropped my car off, Nate was very courteous and professional, especially for 7:00 in the morning. There was an issue with delivering the tire I needed but Nate was communicative about it and kept me in the loop. The service was top-notch and I will return here for any more of my service needs. I’m a little disappointed as this is my 2nd time using this Midas location. First was a meeting muffler which went perfect. On the other hand, my visit on Thursday left me a little upset after paying $412 for new ball joints which were diagnosed by Midas and said to be fixed with an alignment. Well for one it’s Friday and the issue is much much worse and will cost me missing work, cost of ubers and possibly more money when I drop it off tomorrow morning. If the issue is fixed correctly and I don’t have any issues then I’ll update this rating but for now it should be 0 stars. Service: General repairs & maintenance

This place is a fraud. I will never come back here again. I came in for 1 thing that they should have found out on the diagnosis and turned into $$5,000. These goofy uneducated mechanic needs to find another career. My car is worse off now then when I brought it in. Screw you. After 1,000 car is still effed up. Then tried to charge an additional $1900 for something else you couldn't fix . I'm calling the S.G. and BBB to report you so it doesn't happen again to anyone else
