The only redeeming quality of my visit was the quality of the body repair itself and the representative for it. Casey (James) and his team did excellent work on my vehicle and went above and beyond in terms of care. When requested, he even checked my windshield washer hose and reservoir, which was not a part of the body damage that had occurred in the accident. I'd like to note that the paint job in particular on my car is exceptional! However, my primary critique resides in customer service. From the moment I brought my car to the shop, my experience was frustrating. Upon entering the day of my appointment, neither of the dark-haired women behind the desk bothered to acknowledge me. It took about a minute of awkward silence and a weak greeting from me to even illicit eye contact from their monitors. And after I did greet them, all I received was, "what is the reason for your visit?" After this, the woman I spoke to informed me that I had to keep my car in the shop until all the parts

My car got hit. Used the guy that hit me's insurance to cover them fixing the scratch on the side of my 2011 Prius. Took 4 months to get me in (no problem waiting). I drove my driveable car for 4 months before they took my car in. Got a random call saying my car is totaled. Seemed like an insurance scam or they were selling the parts of the car before I had even been aware that my car was totaled. I understand what totaled means, but I'm confused on why the windows and truck of my car were disassembled when there was just a scratch. I had 2 days to find a new car or I was to be car-less.
