Really great experience. I was able to get my car in the same day i called and with all the issues it had going on they still got it back to me by the next day. They were very helpful and kind
So my husband came to this shop around noon today. This guy said the shop is about to close for lunch, and if my husband wanted to do oil change with them, he needed to tip the mechanic. My husband said that's fine as long as he use our oil instead, although didn't like the sound of it already. The guy refused said they had to use our oil. My husband then asked how much he normally charge for oil change using their oil, he said $40. My husband said we will pay $40 but still use our oil. And they guy rudely said "no, u don't go to McDonald's and asked for your egg and bacon" Needless to say, he left, went to Romero General Auto Mechanic few block away, they greeted him with a friendly smile, did his oil change for $25 using our own oil. This place is highly trustworthy and the prices are unbeatable. GREAT customer service! 10/10 highly recommend!
