Ordered 4 new tires for my 2007 Toyota Corolla online. Got to the store on Monday and everything went fine. Dropped off and went home. I got a call in a few hours that it was ready. Came back to pick up the car and went with the road hazard warranty. After getting home I saw that I'd been charged $40 extra for a TD TPMS Service Kit. That would have been great if the car had TPMS installed. Called the store and asked about the charge. I was told it was a mistake and is automatically added. I don't see how since I chose No on TPMS when I ordered the tires. Of course they said they would delete the $40 charge. Well, that was 3 weeks ago and I just got my charge account bill I notice it still had the same amount as the original bill. Just called them again and was told "Oh Yea, I'll get that going for you!". I guess I'll have to wait and see again. So I paid an extra $40 plus a months interest on it. I wonder how many other cars (without TPMS) have paid for the service kit?

Went to multiple places the fridged Saturday morning bc I had a blow out. I have odd sized tores and noone was able to get them before Monday, as a working mom whos spare ilwas slowly deflating I couldn't wait. Came in here as my last hope, & of course they didn't have any on hand (not a suprize bc again they are an odd size) at this point I'm about to cry bc it just can not wait...Steven was super compassionate & spent atleast 10 minutes searching for the right size. He was able to find a full set for me and get them on today. I am super greatful for his efforts, especially considering they are swamped with customers today having the same issue as me.
