Excellent! I called on a Monday morning. Lucian had me in the next morning and car ready for pickup same day. It's clear that he cares about people, their circumstances, and he goes the extra mile. Thank you so much! It seems, these days, that often places in the service industry can't even be bothered to pickup the phone! So it's impressive to me, especially now, to have such excellent service.
The shop is a very well respected and trusted shop. One must make an appointment to get in they are so busy. They have been known to not even charge for a diagnostic if they can figure out what is wrong quickly.
My family head engine trouble on the freeway 260 miles from home. I'm so thankful for Lucian's. They were able to get us in and back on the road same day. Their service was kind and accommodating. Really great folks. I would use their services again if I could.
