Extremely rude customer service, lady answered the phone without saying anything and started screaming it’s 5 over and over again when the store hours online says 6pm and then hung up on me. Please fix your employees attitudes or your store hours on google. Thanks.
Customer service has taken a nosedive. Counter help was too lazy to even get off her bench to test a battery. Had an elderly gentleman trying to carry car batteries around the shop for her, She has no knowledge of automobiles out their parts. I know good help us hard to find, but she isn't worth employing.
Disappointing, they don't carry the antifreeze I normally buy at Napa in Kentucky.
