Kenny's Transmission

I bought a new to me truck and thought I heard a thud going into first. I was super upset since I just bought it and didn’t want an expensive major repair already. I took it in to them and they gave the truck a thorough going over and said everything checks out just fine! What a relief I can count on a trustworthy shop. If I ever need transmission services I will be right back to Kenny’s in an instant! And finally, they didn’t even charge me a diagnostic fee.

My transmission died while passing through Greenwood IN. Mike Blumenschein, an employee at Kenny's, assured me, though it was closing time when I reached Kenny's facility, that he'd get right on it. After having his coworker get me to my hotel with my luggage and dog, Mike called me first thing in the morning. After test driving and experienced inspection, he let me know my transmission was shot, and gave me two options and the price. After chosing the option of having the transmission rebuilt by Kenny's out-of-state fellow business for a reported 3 week rebuild, I returned to Mount Juliet TN where I planned to rent a car for 3 weeks at least. I received a phone call from Mike a week after dropping my car off that the transmission was in Kenny's shop and ready to be installed where it'll be ready for pickup the next day. My car drives great, smooth transmission, decent price. It's no surprise that Kenny's has been in business since the 1970's and the oldest transmission shop in Indiana
