I highly recommend this body shop. They took my car in with zero notice when the body shop next door closed and my car was on the bed of a tow truck already in route to a shop that somehow moved over night and left me completely hanging. Anyways, Maggie was very pleasant to work with. She communicated with me every step of the way. When the vehicle arrived and I came to sign the paperwork she showed me what exactly was being replaced, she called me when all the parts were ordered, she called me again once the parts arrived and again right before the car went to the paint shop. I really have nothing but good things to say about this body shop. Only thing I did not like was that they TEXTED me at 4:06pm letting me know the car was ready (2 days early) so insurance stopped paying for my rental car that day. That was really really short notice for me to arrange a ride when they close at 5 or 5:30pm and I live 40 minutes away, so I had to pay out of pocket for an extra day with the rental c

We had a great experience working with Schaumburg Auto Body for auto body repair of our new car (2023) that unfortunately had an incident with a concrete wall in a tight parking garage- ouch!! That hurts! We have used Schaumburg Auto Body a few times between our various cars over the past 25 years and we felt very confident returning to them vs. another auto body repair center that was closer to our house. Our decision to return to Schaumburg Auto Body proved to be the wise decision once again. The body work, paint repair was flawlessly executed for beautiful repair of our 2023 vehicle. The work was done ahead of our expected schedule with good communication along the way. When we picked up our car it was a pleasant surprise to see the interior had been detailed and was like a car off the dealer lot. Very nice touch.
