While they were able to get me in fairly soon and diagnose the issue for less than the dealer, I have to say be cautious if you're not very familiar with cars. I had an issue, they correctly diagnosed it as faulty ignition coil, and I agreed to have all of my coils replaced along with my spark plugs. However, when they called me to pick up my vehicle, they told me that they tested the coils and only one was bad, so they just replaced the one and in doing so saved me roughly 8% of the entire cost- which would be fine if ignition coils didn't typically have a life span of 100k miles. My car was at 114k. When I told them that I was aware of this and didn't want to be coming back and paying the same amount twice in a matter of months, can we please do all 4 as we had discussed, I was told they actually sent back the other 3 coils so I would have to come back the following day to get the rest replaced. Overall they did a good job and were polite, but the last part was surprising and dismayi

They were really professional and helpful in diagonsing an oil leak on my parent's Jetta. I definitely recommend these guys. Would give 10 stars if possible.
