Slow and dishonest service. You’re better off going to Midas or express lube near by. I’ve been to this pep boys three times, I’ve been price gouged and sold things I don’t need the first two, and the third time I came in around 1pm with nobody in the waiting room and half the mechanics hanging around the shop. Still took over an hour to do my oil change on a 2015 Altima. It only Takes 10 minutes and that’s including lifting the vehicle. Still nice enough to charge me over $100 for it too. Not to mention the noise from the construction rattling your brain the entire time they take their time on your vehicle. Here’s a photo of customers covering their ears
