When going into an auto repair shop depending on my needs, most of the time I will brace myself because I could be going for one problem and may be told I need unnecessary work done as well. However, this was not the case at the Firestone Complete Auto Care in Orland Park on 159th street. I arrived about 7:30am and entering the establishment I was greeted by the manager his name is Ed. He was supper friendly. I could not believe it because it was so early in the morning. We discussed my problems, and I also showed him a work order I had received from different auto shop telling me I needed all this work done. Ed had my issues analyzed. Ed told me the work I needed on my car and also told me the work that was not needed. Ed made several suggestions that truly save me money. I was so happy with my experience that morning, to me it was unbelievable. I went home and told everyone. I will always patronize Firestone. Thank you, Ed, for such great customer service. Went for an oil change, which includes tire rotation (had a coupon for this service) & full inspection of brakes & battery life. A synthetic blend oil change was much more expensive than expected. Bought all four tires at that location recently. Upon leaving, checked the tires and they were not rotated. Makes you wonder what else they didn’t check! Service: Oil change
