I spoke to the gm ( general manger) and the first words that came out of his mouth was we don’t service cars with outside the store parts wich I understood but then I asked if I can speak with a mechanic for questions and he told me to get lost with the worst attitude guy with tattoos on his arm definitely needs to be working as bus boy at a restaurant with the communication skills he has ( never going there not even for questioning)

I had my oil changed at Jiffy Lube store #488 on 159th and 94th Ave in Orland Park on 11/1, and it has been nothing but trouble since. Prior to this date, my car was not leaking oil, but the very next day after the service, I noticed oil leaking. I returned to the store multiple times over the following weeks, and each time they failed to resolve the issue. On November 30, after multiple visits, they informed me that I needed an oil gasket, which they replaced for a hefty $240. However, to my dismay, the car continued to leak oil. When I brought the car back, they told me I needed an oil pan gasket for an additional $250. The manager, Bill, was unhelpful and dismissive, claiming there was nothing he could do to rectify the situation. To make matters worse, when I mentioned contacting corporate, Bill refused to provide an estimate. This lack of accountability and transparency is completely unacceptable. I am appalled by the poor service and the fact that I've been left with a hefty bill

Yes. Matt, and the lower bay worker whose name I apologize, don’t recall, were excellent! Matt engaged this service as a teaching moment to which I am most appreciative. Pleasant. Smiling. Informative. Respectful. I felt welcome and my 23,year old Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo were very well taken care of by Matt and this Jiffy Lube Staff. Matt was exceptional.
