We Had some car trouble while Visiting Chicago for the holidays, we were glad to get an appointment at this location. The service was great. Ray at the counter was very helpful and communicated with us throughout the wait. The mechanic also was very detailed when communicating and honest when telling us what work was needed to get us ready to be able to drive back home. I recommend this place ???? percent. My Vehicle had been out of service for over a year. I Worked with Michael he was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me where I could understand he was great I would definitely refer this location.
