We Had some car trouble while Visiting Chicago for the holidays, we were glad to get an appointment at this location. The service was great. Ray at the counter was very helpful and communicated with us throughout the wait. The mechanic also was very detailed when communicating and honest when telling us what work was needed to get us ready to be able to drive back home. I recommend this place ???? percent. Ps.. waiting area & bathroom were clean

This was my first time trying this mechanic - oil change, air in tires, checking my battery and brakes. It was such a pleasant experience working with both Seth and Ray. Extremely thorough and transparent on their pricing and explanation of everything my car needed. 10/10 would definitely return and recommend!
