Great guys. Fast service. I blew a tire on the way to work, but because of this Firestone, I was not late. They fixed me up quick.
Went in for an alignment, service advisor talked me out of it. I asked to find the noise from the drivers side front and they claim there is no noise. Took my money for the diagnosis but no results. Can't trust people that just try to turn numbers and not customer service.
Had a problem with the appointment but the manager handle it so nice. Definitely going to comeback to do some repairs in there.
