I sent my car to car X to Repair on April 26 with the squealing noise issue and the manager J charged me $1700 to repair. After one month, as of May 25, my car was not fixed at all, the same issue happen again and for safety reasons I cannot drive my car. I tried reach out several times to manager J but he said they have no capability to fix the issue and they refused to issue me a full refund, as a first time Car X customer, I am completely unsatisfied with this result and I trying to resolve this issue with him, however, he refused, all he told me is to reach out to their corporate office and talk to their customer service. I ended up to call several times at their corporate office and all went directly to voicemail. What a scam place and what a horrible experience. Took my money, keep in your pocket without fixing my car? I have no car to drive to work and I lost my time and my money. Car X, 1655 Irving park road, Hanover park, I need my money back!!! Guys, stay away from this place

I arrived at the facility and was greeted. The place is nice and clean. I had a few questions about my car and both guys I spoke to were very knowledgeable. Javier Garcia was especially helpful. I like that they send you a report via text to let you know any issues going on with your car. I recommend this place for any of your car needs. I truly appreciate the help. Service: Oil change
