Elite Tire & Auto

I’ve brought in my cars multiple times to Elite, and they do a superb job every time. Excellent customer service, plus they give a 10% discount if you pay in cash!

Customer service was good initially, but my car handle was broken when I went to pick it up. I tried to resolve it with them, they didn't take pictures and didn't notify me of the damage. Stated that I caused the damage and would replace it for a couple hundred dollars. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I would probably stay away for the time being.

I went in to get my oil changed, but really, I was concerned about a problem with my car's quickly expiring "oil life" indicator. I got synthetic oil put in six weeks ago, which lasts twice as long, but my car suggested I change the oil. I went to Elite, and before they did the oil change, they inspected my vehicle and determined that I did not need one at this time. The technician, Rod, told me I could get the service done, but it would be voluntary and not necessary. He said my car was good to go as-is, and I was off on my way. I didn't pay a dime, but the honesty of this tech and the place itself had me floored. Very rare do you go somewhere and they aren't trying to upsell you. I didn't feel any of that here. When I do need my next oil change, however, I will be sure to go to Elite. Thank you Rod, for your openness and honesty, it goes a long way. Service: Oil change
