I was in a bad hit and run accident. Needed repairs as soon as possible as I was without a vehicle until I found a shop. My insurance only gave me a discount rate for a rental, so I didn’t want to pick one up until my car was in the shop. At first I thought I made a great choice picking Our planet automotive because all the reviews they had, but after over a month of having to harass them for updates on my vehicle- I would call from my number and have no answer, then would call from a relatives number for them to answer right away! I would not recommend for a big job to be done with them. They gave me about 4 different days that my vehicle would be ready for pick up, each time I’d call to confirm on pick up I was given another excuse to why it would be another day. They then said to me that they would pay a day of rental charge because they will take another to have my vehicle ready. (They didn’t) Come pick up day- I call Stan to check in with timing. He said he’d call me back after ch

Soooo dissatisfied with my experience here!!! The only convenience was the fact that the shop is within walking distance; but TOTALLY not worth it. ???? I was charged $130 for them to look at the car, & the pathetic mechanic Rueben, couldn’t even diagnose the problem!!! Then his incompetent behind had the NERVE to cop an attitude because I asked why the check engine light is on now, when it was NOT on when I brought the car in…. SUCH A WASTE!!! Just can’t find skilled workers anymore…let alone polite OR accountable! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ????????

$75 to change a bulb that I could have done in 10 minutes with no special tools. They don't print a receipt they send via email so I didn't notice the insane gouging. Stay far from this place. Service: General repairs & maintenance
