This shop is absolutely a shop no one should go to they try to talk to you like they are very knowledgeable, until you put them to the test, was told by Danny what all he was going to check out on my car and that he was the man for the job, so instead of talking to him I showed up to the shop to talk in person, and was told they would have my car tow the next day, car that was in there looks like they been there for years shop full of cars that’s not running, I should have known then, so 3 weeks later car still have not been towed and every time I call Danny never wants to come to the phone and have Mike to lie about everything even a simple tow, if Danny had no intentions on repairing my car it would have been very easy to say so, Please I repeat Please stay way from this shop, very unprofessional

DO NOT COME HERE. I have been a customer of Suburban Automotive for about 5 - 7 years, but after yesterday, I will never return. I dropped my car off for an oil change, and when they called me after looking at my car, they said I needed approximately $900 of repairs, including a new sway bar and a tire rotation. I immediately knew something was off, as I had gotten new tires only 2-3 months ago, and thus, there would be no need for a tire rotation. I gave them the go ahead to do an oil change and a new air and cabin filters, but I wanted to get a second opinion on the rest. When I picked up my car, they had charged me $250 for an oil change and 2 new filters, which is absolutely outrageous. Today, I went to another mechanic for a 2nd opinion, who actually pulled me into the garage to show me that there was no issue with the sway bar that Suburban Automotive claimed was on the verge of breaking on the right side. Danny and his team are great. We have taken our cars to them over the years and have never had an issue. Quality work, honest, trustworthy. Five Stars
