Excellent customer service! This is the best dealership experience I've had, period!
Went for an oil change, replacing a tailgate latch, and replacing snow tires with summer tires. Mechanic tried to upsell me 1100 bucks to replace breaks I didn't need replaced. Gave me my car without my snow tires back. Had to call to get my tires back and the mechanic tried to upsell me rims for 600 bucks on my car while getting the tires back. Also charges me 70 bucks for a cabin filter I didn't ask for. My car is driving fine and I commend the work done. But the experience leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I don't trust them not to try to rip me off. Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change
