Not Recommendable Unprofessional They kept the car for more than two weeks and they did not fix all the oil leak

Just picked up my Lexus from here. Needed brake pads changed out. Bought them myself and figured I'd just drop it off and get it done quickly and avoid getting up-charged on price for parts. Was told I'd get a call back about pricing. Hours passed so I called. Turns out the service was done already even though I wasn't contacted. Asked the price, Sergio said $250. I would've never agreed to that but the service was rendered. Asked him why he didn't call me about the pricing beforehand but avoided answering. I get there and he said he'd only charge $200 as if that makes up for that business practice. Got in my car and my brake wear light was still blinking. He stated it was the front left caliper that was causing it so that's why he couldn't replace that respective brake pad. All this after a frustrating day of no communication and false promises of being called back. Ultimately decided to give him the benefit of the doubt. That brings us to today. I brought the car back for the caliper

Sergio is a very honest mechanic been quoted so much extra by other places and he gets the job done quick I’ve take 6 cars to him never once has he disappointed
