I was quite impressed with both the work and the customer service. Most times these situations are terrible but precision makes its totally painless from start to finish! I got a call stating my projected finish date and the car was even done a day early, they didnt hassle me at all, i was able to leave my rental there when i picked up my car which was a huge plus, and to top it off my car was totally vacuumed out which really impressed me because i had so much stuff in it which they gently moved to the trunk (not a small task). They were great to work with the first time I brought my vehicle with so didnt hesitate to use them again. 2nd time they damaged my vehicle during the body repair and have refused to take responsibility for it and were very unprofessional. Will never go back..and never recommend it to another person. To add, my vehicle didn't need a tuneup, it needed to be brought back to the condition it was in prior to the accident. I was describing what was happening to the best of my ability and brought in recordings of the sound to try to get it resolved, but my review wasn't even negative because of that. It was negative because of the physical damage that occurred to the vehicle after I dropped it off.

Decided to choose a family owned business over the big shops, and boy did I make the right choice. They simply care way more than the other guys. Made my Lexus look like new again and with no headaches! Thank you!!! Services: Painting, Body & Trim
