Love McLean Auto! We used to be strict dealership devotees but after a failed starter 4 years ago, our car was towed to McLean Auto. Such a great experience working with Patrick and the team who clearly explain what is happening, they keep in touch with their work progress and charge fairly. We never feel they are upcharging and they are honest about what services really need to be done now and what can wait. We haven't been back to a dealership since. My car had overheated and couldn’t be driven. McLean Auto Repair came to pick up my car and assessed that the water pump had gone out. The repair was quickly completed and a lot of the fluids needed to be replaced to ensure there were no additional incidents. I’ve got my car back and it’s back to running great. McLean Auto Repair are very trustworthy mechanics. I went to them for electrical issues with my headlights and they were able to quickly diagnose the issue and provide a fix for it. They also provided transportation to and from their shop and did an overall inspection of my vehicle and found other issues which i didn't ask them to do originally.
