Nightmare! Gerber Collision and Glass did body work on my car. When picking up the car, I noticed new damage to the rear. Gerber investigated and confirmed the damage was caused by them. They committed to repair and approve to extend my car rental with Enterprise. When I checked my credit card statement, I noticed that I was being charged over $400 for the rental car that was to be paid by Gerber. Gerber has refused to return my phone calls and, so far, have received no cooperation from Enterprise. I am disputing the $400 charge with my credit card company. They've requested proof that Gerber committed to pay for the rental extension but, yet again no cooperation nor response from Gerber. I would absolutely avoid taking your car to Gerber Collision and Glass. The customer service is horrendous. This has been an absolute nightmare.
