Great service Helpful Helped my husband. offered service on their own over hearing a conversation my husband was having on the phone I would recommend them !
Our car broke down after hours at the BP Gas Station located on same property as Val’s Automotive. Out of convenience we used the mechanic (VAL). Next day mechanic called and said the car was out of antifreeze - he filled radiator - then charged $50 on top of cost because he had to diagnose the issue. The diagnoses fee was never discussed prior to solving the problem. Already frustrated with the questionable tactic and poor customer service and communication - they refused credit card payment and demanded cash payment to release the car. I had two phone conversations with Val to discuss his “practices” - he was unprofessional and put blame on me, stating he communicated all fees and payment options. NOT!! Buyer (customer) Beware!!!!
I needed a quick fix and they took care of me. Fast and fair.
