Had an emergency need for a tire, and Mario (?) responded immediately. I got there right at 7 a.m. and was out by 7:45. He did not even try to upsell me on a second tire, saying the other tires looked fine on the car.
This shop is a joke!! I spent around 2k on tires,alignments ....and when I had the "check engine light on" they said, "we can't do that for you." Also, I own a semi truck/trailer, and of course, I spent thousands of $ on tires and alignments. I'm sorry,Firestone, you are losing a good client, and I'll spread the word!! Thanks
These guys are great. Had my tire mounted in no time and for a great price. Much better than the local gas station I used to use. Will go here from now on. Mac and Terry did a great job, thanks.
