Bob's Auto & Truck Repair

Today I was driving to work and got an alert that my tire had low air pressure. I was an hour away from home and did a quick google search of the nearest tire shop and Bob's came up with great reviews! I walked in and was greeted by a wonderful man who came out to look at my car and said to pull it in. After investigating, I needed 2 new tires which they did not currently have. He said they could get them by the afternoon and have me on my way. I am currently waiting for the car to be done but the service I received from the beginning has been awesome! It would be just my luck that I have to pick up someone from O'hare airport late on a sunday when nothing is open, and just before I get there I run over a nail. After frantically searching google for somewhere to go, I found Bob's was less than 10 minutes away. Google said they were open, so I called and got an answer. They said I could bring my car in and get the tire patched, but it would take them about an hour to get to me, as others were being worked on ahead of me. I was fairly desperate, and when I arrived asked if he could sell me a patch so I could plug it myself. He stepped into the shop, and came back with a tire rasp and glue applicator. He said if I could do it myself, it would be free of charge. I got my tire patched and he aired it up for me. I insisted on payment, and his response was "Why would you pay me? You did the work!" Walked in and asked if they can take a look at my flat tire ,they have checked and did the needful immediately..Very nice and friendly ! I will definitely recommend this shop.
