I stumbled upon this auto repair shop. Wishing I would have found you years ago. Clean, friendly, professional shop. Impressed I recieved so many detailed text messages above and beyond personal phone calls, in regards to work performed on my car. I recommend MB Auto to anyone.

I have been taking my family of cars, four of them, to MB for years now. I have never had an issue with the prior management/ownership. I do have a major issue now. My son dropped off his 2010 Civic for an oil change and an unusual noise coming from the engine. We were told late Tuesday afternoon that the oil change had been performed and that the water pump was bad and needed to be replaced. I asked the manager, Scotty, if that was the cause of the noise and he replied absolutely - that is the cause, we will have the car ready for you tomorrow. We were also told that the tie rods had to be replaced and that the head gasket was leaking. (The final invoice mentions the tie rods twice without any explanation - very strange in my mind.) After finally repairing the water pump, we were told that the noise was still prevalent.
