I didnt have any work done here, but I feel they need a shout out for honesty. I've been dealing with USAA since March, they've made my life a living hell. Long story short, I got my damages appraised here and told the guy I didn't want the work done since it was all cosmetic I wanted them to cash me out. So he immediately calls USAA tells them not to put through the claim and that I wanted a cash out. He put it in his notes not to do the repairs. USAA ignored both his and my request for a pay out and sent them the $. Instead of ordering the parts they called me to verify and I managed to rip my usaa adjuster a new one. Thank you guys.

The communication was outstanding. The place is ran very appropriately and I cannot say enough amazing things about their performance. My car looked brand new! They did an amazing job matching color and obviously there were other Gerber collisions closer to my house, but due to word of mouth I took it to this one. You should too! You won’t be disappointed!!! Totally worth it! Also, please check your references, obviously the other reviews that claimed they were unhappy due to a “squeaking” sound are copy and pasted to get the rating down, don’t let that discourage you to go and get at least an estimate here. Check the place out give them the benefit of the doubt. My car was better than the condition they got it in… including cleaning out the water bottles I had in there. Brad and team did a wonderful job repairing the back of my 2018 Kia Optima! He provided me with updates every Tuesday Thursday, and ensured the repairs would be fixed prior to the timeline.
