Spring Masters Auto Repair

Do not recommend this place. Reason They tried to charge me $75 to use my warranty on my vehicle because they had to call to get approval for repairs. This not not a known procedure in the auto mechanic field I work for insurance companies and auto repair facilities all around the country and never heard of this fee No where on any of their contract or paperwork is this fee listed. I will be contacting the BBB about this business practice. Again will never refer anyone to a scammer shop.

Asked them to start my car. They told me that I needed another engine. Didn't even attempt to do requested job. But tried to upsell me instead of doing what I was willing to pay for. Nothing more to say

Same day service was great! I strongly believed my light cover was missing after the sho worked on my car. I WAS WRONG! Carlos the owner called me back and showed me online how to see my vehicle at my house and the light cover was missing. I am editing this review as they went above and beyond to make sure this was resolved. Carlos offered to replace my light cover due to the way I was handled. I wont have him replace it, but I do appreciate it. I do apologize to Spring Masters!
