Rafa's Automotive is one of Chicago's hidden gems! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. I was really pleased by the attention to detail they put into my car. Real "white glove" service! The staff drove me to get my rental car and provided great details and step by step of what I can anticipate. In addition, when they called me to pick up my car, I was so happy that my interior was cleaned!???? I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants great customer service and has a dent or is in need of auto body repair! ???? ???????????????????? Stars!

Had some work done many times in the past. They are fair with prices compared to dealerships, hard working people you can trust, honest and advice you what's needed, not pushy and will point out and show the problem to whatever your needs are in regards to your vehicle. Had a good first impression and last. They are pretty busy most times so keep with an open mind set of waiting a while other then that the wait is worth it all. Would recommend to anyone.
