I would give ZERO stars, if possible! The service from this repair shop was beyond disappointing!!! HORRIBLE! They had my vehicle for 5 1/2 weeks for what ultimately resulted in 6.5 hours of labor and intentionally sat on submitting a claim for service, resulting in substantial rental car expenses during that time! They LIED about why my vehicle was taking so long to be repaired and I had issues with my doors not locking the SAME day that I picked up my car! Never had any issues with the doors since having the car. Not to mention, the check engine light came back on the very next week! They were not willing to repair my vehicle without wanting additional payment! DO NOT USE THIS REPAIR SHOP AT ALL! Shady & unprofessional! I am seeking legal counsel!

I drove my vehicle, and it rides/performs as good as new! Thank you, Pete and your team, for the outstanding service provided! I really liked the fact that when I walked through the door, you all knew me by name. That meant the world to me! Keep doing what you are doing!!
