I thought this was a good tire shop. I’ve been coming here for over three years. I called the shop on Thursday because I had a nail in my tire which they told me it will cost me $20 to get it removed, mind you I have a 2023 jeep. Long story short I went in with my husband to remove the nail just for them to tell me I needed a new tire the tires are bad these people are scammers and liars went to another tire shop and get it removed for $15 . Just for them to check to see where the nail in tire was cost us $10 which was no problem. Stop lying to your customers is it really worth it ,are do you people think that everyone is illiterate. If you wanted to get over on us just say that. Brand new car with brand new tires and you’re telling me otherwise.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I had a flat and came there for a used tire. The price for a used tire was higher than average but I needed to get it done. They were quick and professional (or so I thought). Time passes (like 2.5 - 3 months) and the tire starts to have a slow leak. I go to another tire shop to see if I need a patch. I am told that the tire already has a plug in it and it is no good. I was sold a tire that had a plug in it. Maybe it was a mistake, maybe that’s how they do business but they definitely got over on me and I will never make the mistake of going back there.
