I took my lady’s Camaro there to have work done on the A/C. The owner told me that another employee took parts off to see what the problem was and I was told that to fix it he would have to take off the entire dash which would be 12 hours of labor for $1100. I told him I would come pick it up. I took it for a second opinion and was told I’m missing parts. I go back to Romero at Jalisco and he told me sorry I forgot. Then lied and told me he called me to let me know his employee forgot to put it on. Incompetence and totally unprofessional. So I would’ve had to buy another part that he didn’t put back and his attitude was “so what you want me to do? Won’t go back and not recommending Jalisco to anyone. Service: Air conditioning

Rip-off artists. Had my daughter's Audi A4 for 2 days, never ran a diagnostic to see why the EPC light was on. Told me that repairs would start around $1800. When I asked where they got that number from, he said that "there's a lot wrong with the car, it has 250k miles on . I told him that the engine might have 30k miles on it since it was rebuild in 2019 and that I was sending a tow truck to get it since they hadn't diagnosed it but was trying to quote a price. He then told me it would cost me $100 for storage - $50/day. Beware of this place. If you diagnosed the car and charge $120 for a diagnostic test, bill for the diagnostic and show me the written estimate based off of what was found. Don't lie and then bill for a bogus charge and give a bogus estimate.

Love this business, he does good work, fair and fast. I have compared needed work with other places when I first brought my car to him and he was always less costs.
