My experience at Hollywood yesterday was great. Before yesterday, when I called, I was able to get an appointment for an oil change very quickly. I didn’t have to wait weeks. The price of my oil change and vehicle inspection was completely reasonable and much less than the dealer, of course. I was told I needed new tires and this was a second opinion for me, so no surprises here. Joe sent me my tire estimate in an email later in the afternoon and it was comparable to the dealer estimate a few months ago. Have to save some money for the tires, but overall, I am happy with Hollywood’s service and treatment of me, a first time customer. Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change
