The mechanic tried overcharging me for a 4 minute job. Needed license plate switched and the mechanic demanded persistently I pay him $10 for a 4 minutes (that’s over $150 per hour for labor) for using a drill to remove and put back the screws. I can’t imagine going to this shop for actual mechanical or electrical work if this is what they try doing to customers for simply replacing the license plates.
