Norms is a fantastic car shop. I tried a closer place (with 4.8 star reviews) once, and 100% regretted it. I've had my car at Norms for routine maintenance and surprise issues several times since 2016, and they have been quick to fix issues and IMO are very honest about the problems. These guys are awesome, and I think very honestly, and the cost is reasonable. I grew up around my Uncles mechanic shop and this place reminds me of it so much too. Great crew! They got me in quickly and did a great job on my vehicle *editing to 2 stars* Just after getting my oil changed here. My oil alarm/sensor went off. They put in 14 quarts of oil,when my vehicle needs exactly 13.5. I went back and told them. This is a common problem and has happened to me before. They refused to listen and told me my sensor must be bad. And that they could replace it for me. What a coincidence, that the day thay work on my oil, that the oil alarm/sensor decides to break? I think not. Step up your game, guys. It's embarrassing.

Got Referred From a Good Friend Of Mine, OMG Finally a Place That Isn't Trying To Upsell. Called For a Quote, Had To Sit Down For a Minute. Thought I Was Dreaming. So Happy I Went. Joe Was a Sweetheart, He Was The One Working On My Car. Great Place!! Highly Recommended!!!
