I continue to come here because of the great care and service I receive.any issues I have I get a proper diagnosis and the correct fix. Don’t waste your money elsewhere this place is an honest mechanic. I will continue to come here for my vehicle.

I can not speak for everyone who has been serviced here but for me I had a great experience very friendly staff. Upftont, straight to the point and fair price in my eyes. Any future car repairs will definitely be coming back here.

I had the front brakes and rotors replaced on my 2016 range rover. The front brakes have been squeaking (same noise you hear when pads need to be replaced). And when I come to a complete stop, right before, there is a low pitched hum/thump. I took the car back for them to review. The shop manager says they drove the car and didn't hear anything. They allegedly looked at the brakes and noted no issues. They don't know what to do. I have to take the car to another company for diagnosis. I'll post my findings here after we determine what the issue is. Until then a one star review will remain since Gateway refused to help diagnose the issue and gave up so quickly.
