The team at Chicago Auto Repair are top notch professionals. I price matched their first quote for servicing my car and it was spot on with many other repair shops in the city. Since starting to take my care to Chicago Auto, they have taken great care of my car and diagnosing problems that come up. They didn't upsell me when complicated repairs were needed but presented me options to increase the longevity of certain parts without the costly repair of changing out the entire system, which many other repairs shops would not do. I appreciate their investigative approach, honesty and transparency. Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment
Thank you to Jim and his crew for always taking good care of my Z4 and ML. He continuously surprises me with the highest grade of services aside with his endless effort to maintain customer service. They are always fast when I need service, and they charge fair prices. I can always trust them to take care of my cars. Service: Tires

The family friend offered to pick the car up for me and put a new transmission in it for the same price. Deal. They called 3 days later to inform me the transmission was not shot, as Chicago Auto diagnosed, and simply had a malfunction in the speed sensor which was also causing the speedometer to fail. So both diagnosis from Chicago Auto were completely bogus and I nearly gotten taken for a $3800 ride for replacing a transmission that was in working order. The
