Alright, so if you are new to Chicago and trying to figure out where to take your BMW (I have a 2009 BMW 750Li) let me save you the trouble, as I have been to the others, in fact 4 of the others (Bimmer, Bavarian, European & American Motor Repair, and called M&R they will not do 7 series) and Spotlight is by and bar the best in the bunch. They have repaired a coolant leak with a cracked hose, replaced Air Struts, Suspension Compressor and Rear Flex Wheel and great results, at the exact price quoted and pretty quickly/quicker than expected. Not only that, with trouble finding parts, they allowed me to bring my own parts and literally boxed the old parts up very nicely and returned to my trunk. The other shops insisted they would break other parts while repairing, or just flat out refused to do the service. Spotlight is where I will be taking my BMW for hopefully years to come and the Owner is awesome! Save yourself the trouble of auditioning other repair shops and start with Spotl
