I bought a muffler and brought it in to have it welded on. They intentionally ignored my requests to have it done a specific way, and proceeded to weld it too low to the ground. They waited to notify me of the "issue" until it was fully completed. They then asked me for an additional $80 (ontop of the overpriced $160) to do it the right way. I had to argue to get these guys to do it the way I originally wanted... I was at their mercy so i walked a total of 2 trips to the nearest ATM (4 miles total) just to come back and find out hes willing to charge the original $160. *THEY DONT ACCEPT CARD* He laughed and made comments in another language when I told him id leave a decent review. Then responded with "no you wont." That alone changed my mind. I had to weld in my own o2 sensor bung because they apparently couldn't handle that either. At least the welds look like they MIGHT have a chance at holding up. Service: Exhaust

I have used Velasquez muffler several times in the past. They have ALWAYS been fast, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. They always have the best prices as well. They typically go above and beyond. Highly recommend. Nice people.
