I went to JiffyLube desperate for a 2nd opinion. The place I left said my filter was on too tight. (Funny part is THEY did my oil change last but tried blaming me for the filter being too tight). Marshall was the one who assisted me. He actually helped me call the place that messed up my filter and told the manager that he needs to fix this mistake. Marshall even offered to DRIVE a new filter cap to the place if the cap were to break. Unfortunately, due to liability, JiffyLube could not assist with this issue. The other place had to fix their mistake. But before I left, Marshall looked at my car, evaluated my situation and told me STEP by STEP what to do next. AND told me to drive safely concerned for my family’s safety. He said the way this place left my car, it could run out of oil any minute. What I’m telling you is that JiffyLube could NOT help me (for legal reasons) but Marshall went out of his way to assist me. Turns out there was a tool left in my car from the first place which
