Quiroz Auto Repair

Took the car in 3x times in less than 1 year for brakes, totaling in more than $1500. Had all rotors and pads changed initially. Within 2-4 weeks passenger rear brake started grinding. Took the car back in, was advised the caliper seized and would need to be replaced. Once again within 2-4 weeks the right rear brake started to squeal. Took the car in for inspection/diagnosis and was advised would need to replace the right caliper because the bushings had failed. I notified him over the phone that the shop had already replaced this caliper and he insulted me and told me "i must be confused" or "i (the worker) wrote it down wrong". Doesn't make any sense for the whole caliper to be replaced when "the bushings failed." Bushings and pins are a $3 part at autozone. When replacing brake pads and rotors the caliper must be removed and bushings should be inspected and greased especially when being charged $110 x 3 for labor on the rear passenger hub alone. I was looking to upgrade my front suspension, but I didn't want to deal with with changing out the coils. I searched around and Quiroz had the best price. They let me bring my own parts and only charged labor. A few hours later the work was done and everything looked good. The price was as expected, no surprised there.
