Kevin is a pleasure to deal with and attentive to details and Mike the mechanic is one of the best around- I don't trust many people to work on my vehicles as the end result is less than acceptable from other shops. Mike does it right and makes sure you are completely satisfied with the repair being performed from oil changes to timing belt/chains to alignments- Mike is the man! Post visit on 7/13/21: Again Kevin and Mike were awesome! Always a pleasure to deal with and very thorough! Thanks again guys! I highly rate this Car-X location! I came here after buying a car to have the mechanic do an inspection. Inspection was the rear brakes were very bad, metal on metal. They were very professional, caring, and knowledgeable. They showed me exactly what was wrong. They were quick to get the parts and brakes replaced. Very friendly, and made me feel welcome. Would recommend to allow friends.
