Dakota K Auto Repair

I just moved in over here and heard about this place through my doctor. My brakes starting grinding like crazy on my way home on Wed. I knew it was too dangerous to keep driving like that so I drove straight to Dakota K just before closing. I was a bit frantic but the woman in front was so nice and let me know that they could definitely take my car but they might not be able to look at it until Friday. To my surprise, they were able to look at it the next day and provided me with a quote. I felt the price was fair given the work they were doing. I got my car back on Friday afternoon! Everyone at Dakota auto is super nice! They were incredibly helpful (especially Gia) and I felt the prices were reasonable and fair. This was our first experience with Dakota K. We've always seen them right next to McDonald's on Dundee Road for a few years now. We were having really bad experiences with our current car repair place. We decided to explore another place for any new repairs. We saw Dakota K received very good reviews on here so we decided to make a change to a new place. Our first experience was wonderful. The parking lot is even nicer and larger than the previous place. We were given constant text updates as well as a full inspection report. We simply choose what to repair from the inspection report. The cost was very, very reasonable as well.
