The manager Cynde couldn’t be any more nicer, such a sweet lady and the mechanics do great work on my cars . Never did I have any problems with them, Great place to go !!!! 07/06/23 Altimate Auto Repair mechanic Alex changed the blown headlight bulb of my WV Touareg. Then he did an inspection of the chassis vibration and said that it was necessary to change the front axle shafts. I decided to consult with another auto repair shop and they said that the axle shafts are in order, but the front differential needs to be replaced because it has a lot of play. I went back to Altimate Auto Repair and asked to check the front diff, but mechanic Alex flatly refused to check front differential and very unfriendly sent me to repair a car in another workshop. So I did. I had the front diff replaced and the car runs great. No further replacement of the axle shafts is required. I do not recommend anyone to deal with serious malfunctions to the Altimate Auto Repair mechanic Alex. Service: Steering & suspension repair
