Buffalo Grove Auto Center

I recently received an old car from a family member which needed new valve cover gaskets, belts, and a crankshaft seal. I've never been to Buffalo Grove Auto Center before so this was my first experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and honest. They respected my time and my requests for what I wanted done to my car, as well as recommending the best course of action for keeping my old car running safely for as long as possible. When I first came in, I spoke with Victor who was a pleasure working with. He helped me figure out what my car needed and recommended parts which wouldn't break the bank as well as being high quality and long lasting. When I came in to pick up my car, Bryan showed me the work done on my car as well as other areas to address in the future. He was thorough in his explanation and honest with his recommendations. I will only be bringing my car here because I truly trust them!! First time customer and they provided amazing customer service! Bryan went above and beyond to make sure that my safety came before anything else!
