Very impressed with the amount of communication. DeMark called and expressed every issue. They also went the extra mile. Their were a lot of details that were wrong with the car. Wish I would've known about DeMark a year ago.
This was a very fast repair, Transmission Cooler line had a hole in it, Jason and Crew got it in on the same day and called me. Very Happy with this Auto repair Service. I have been using them since 1995. DeMark makes GOOD on there SERVICE. Service: Transmission
Cheerful and conscientious staff. They are extremely good about answering the phone, gracious about my recent scheduling mistake, and I love their inspection report complete with photos. We keep coming back here because they seem to genuinely appreciate their clients, and because they have an honest reputation among my friends.
