Bruneel Point S

I was traveling cross country and stopped in to Caldwell Point S for an oil change without appointment. They got me in right away but because they do a "complimentary" inspection I ended up getting 2 new tires and an alignment. The total bill was $430.15 of which $79.95 was the full synthetic oil change and $99.95 was the alignment on my front wheel drive van. The reason I only gave three stars is because the van tracked perfectly before the alignment and since the alignment it pulls to the left. They also over inflated all 4 tires to the maximum psi rather than the car manufacturer's recommended pressure. I caught it before leaving and had them remove 5 lbs from each tire. Since I would be getting on the freeway and continue down the road, the technician assured me they had driven the van and checked for proper alignment. For 3 weeks now, my tire pressure light would just randomly come on. The gentlemen in the shop would add air one visit, take out air, and then add air thinking it was the weather (as I thought it was too). Today, I went in after a couple days of driving with the light on, and this time, the gentleman at the front desk checked the air, took off the tire, and then found a nail in one. They fixed it within 30 minutes and did not charge me. As this shop is near my job, I always come here for quick fixes as they do an excellent job and have great service.
