Above and beyond service. When picking up our vehicle, we accidentally left our phone in the lobby. When he was able to get in touch with us, the person at the desk offered to drop it off after-hours and personally returned it to our house.

Please indulge me for a moment this may be a little lengthy review but it’s worth the read. I was recommended to call Shermans auto care from a friend. I called the work number on a Friday after 5 PM on memorial day weekend, AND HE ANSWERED! He told me to come in Wednesday at 9 AM so as Tuesday he could clear up all of that other customers he had. I arrive at 9 AM on Wednesday and I’m greeted by Sherman. We get into my Subaru CrossTrek and I show him what the issue is with my air conditioning blower motor actuation dial. His waiting area is clean and organized, bathroom is immaculate. Good indicators that “he’s got his act together”. Offers free coffee and water while you wait. Electrical issues can be tricky and lots of times it a process of elimination in trying to figure it out.
