Danz Auto Repair

I usually come here and typically have endured good service. Today I waited 3 hours for a “diagnosis” to be quoted a tune up of $500 and to replace my motor mounts it would be $730. Called around and every place would be more then half cheaper. I never received a problem list. I was told that they were going off assumptions when trying to relay the information to a different mechanic. So I paid for assumptions and was upcharged significantly.my car was test driven 3+ times (burning my gas with no solution) I was also told I needed to keep my car overnight for them to see how it runs in the morning after repairs. the most unsatisfying visit by far.

Dan and his technicians are always reliable!! Went in today for an oil change and basic service, no appointment, and was out in less than 30 minutes. I tried to get an appointment with a Kia dealer, who shall remain nameless, but would have had to wait three weeks. Next time I will just call Dans!
